Please note counselling amounts will increase effective January 2026. I have not increased my rates since 2024. Due to inflation and my experience I want my rates to reflect the going rate. Please note I do offer a sliding scale and discount if cost is a barrier. Individual/Youth Sessions will be $175.00 Couples and Family Counselling will be $190.00 with Initial Couples session at $300 (90 min session including Gottman Analysis cost) Individual 90 minutes will be 260, and Couples/Family will be 280.00.
